From Cognac Park, this rich release is made exclusively from ugni blanc grapes grown in the Borderies region (hence the name), and matured in new French oak casks for 10 months. Brilliant in a sidecar, though if you're feeling experimental apparently it's very good alongside flambéed banana desserts!
Subtle, bright florals, roasted coffee bean, date sweetness, and flecks of woody spiciness.

Only had the mini shot bottle and now I'm hooked! Looking all over the place buts it's hard to find in shops near me.
