A glorious Grande Champagne Cognac from Delamain. The Pléiade series showcases some of the rarer gems from its cellars, which are bottled up unblended due to their exceptional character. This single cask expression spent its time maturing in a 350 litre oak cask, that released a total outturn of 463 bottles when opened in July 2021. A marvellous Cognac for sipping and appreciating on special occasions.
Vinous with bold, juicy grape character, floral fruit blossom brings creamy texture with hints of peach, butterscotch, and a peppering of oak that builds to some rich, leathery depth.
