The Daniel Bouju estate is situated in St. Preuil, Charente in the Grande Champagne region of France. They use Ugni Blanc grapes to make their Cognac, and age it in Limousin oak casks. Their VSOP is a complex and really rather tasty expression, with many layers of vanilla and a good helping of spice.
