It was my first time trying Courvoisier XO Cognac and I could instantly tell why it is regarded as one of the finest. It arrived in a beautiful presentation box and smelt amazing with hints of caramel and orange. When drunk neat the Courvoisier XO Cognac was extremely smooth and had a sweet yet Smokey taste. It also tasted amazing in a French twist cocktail, and added to the full flavour. I would highly recommend this Cognac as a luxurious treat or as an extra special gift for a loved one.
