Some people on here must put this up against more expensive cognacs/ categories. It's a VS and it's a damn good one at that. Gold medal winner at the Luxury Masters speaks for itself.
Very harsh taste – not smooth at all. I didn't get any of the floral or citrus notes that were mentioned. It was not what I expected for cognac. It's so disappointing so bad and pointless, it's like cheap whiskey but smoother.
