Port Noire is a collaboration between Elba and Maison Ferrand, produced at the historic Château de Bonbonnet. It's a VSOP with a refined yet complex profile, packed with stone fruits, caramel, and oaken vanilla.
The stopper for the bottle doubles up as an ice stamp, so you can stir up a Cognac Old Fashioned, complete with a fancy branded giant ice cube, just like they do at all the posh cocktail bars.
Gentle oak and vanilla join silky layers of caramel and honeyed stone fruits, with toasted coconut and a touch of fragrant woody spice beneath.
