A superb Cognac here selected by Whisky Sponge and Decedent Drinks, who pick a 50/50 blend of two casks from the cellars of Grosperrin, who crafted each with eaux de vie from the Fins Bois sub-region. The youngest spirit in this Cognac, which was bottled up in 2022 at 57.7% ABV, is 28 years old. Stellar stuff.
