It's the 2012 vintage Champagne from the wonderful Veuve Clicquot! Made from a blend of a high proportion of Pinot Noir, as well as Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, the delicate wine is both fruity and nutty. If scallops happen to be on the menu, then this is sure to make a star pairing.
