Taittinger Les Folies de la Marquetterie is made from first pressings of 55% pinot noir and 45% chardonnay grapes, selected from the 'Les Folies' area of the Tattinger vineyards, surrounding Château de la Marquetterie. The classic Champagne has had a portion fermented in oak casks, and has been aged on its lees for over three years bringing plenty of rounded, biscuit and brioche notes that make this a go-to choice. Brilliant with some decadent seafood.
Fresh croissants and yeasty brioche, with some crisp green apple, and grapefruit and lime zests.
