With elegant layers of pastries and floral fruit balancing a delicate nuttiness, this will make a phenomenal serve alongside rich fish, or white meat dishes.

Yeasty brioche and oaken vanilla pod welcome the way for flaky pastry and toasted hazelnuts. Exquisitely balanced, with layers of honeysuckle, crisp apple, pear, and roasted almond.
