Another wonderful Champagne from Henri Giraud, Blanc de Craie is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Montagne de Reims! Around 10% of the wine spent 12 months resting in Argonne oak barrels before bottling, so there's a creamy hint to the crisp aperitif.
