Description

A finely balanced, gastronomic rosé Champagne, this non-vintage wine balances Pinot Noir (89%), including 15% red wine, with Chardonnay (11%). Matured in stainless steel vats for purity, with red wine aged in Burgundy casks, it undergoes full malolactic fermentation, rounding out the texture. The 6g/L dosage is split—half aged Chardonnay in Sauternes Grand Cru barrels, half aged Pinot Noir in seasoned Burgundy casks, adding subtle richness and depth.

Designed for versatility, this Grand Cru rosé shines equally as an aperitif or alongside food, offering depth, freshness, and a complex fruit profile.

Nose

Aromatic and structured—rose petals, raspberry liqueur, and rhubarb, opening to blood orange and zesty lemon.

Palate

Juicy morello cherry, mirabelle plum, and vibrant citrus, underpinned by a crisp, tangy acidity and a refreshing pink grapefruit bitterness.

Finish

Fruit-driven, fresh, and structured.
