A bold and expressive 100% Pinot Noir Champagne, Collery Blanc de Noirs is aged extensively on lees. While fresh enough for apéritif sipping, its richness makes it an excellent companion to food pairings.
With 40% of the blend matured in large oak casks, and a Pinot Noir base aged in Burgundy barrels, this cuvée gains additional texture and complexity. Bottled with an 8g/L dosage, it strikes a fine balance between fruit intensity, structure, and elegance.
