Champagne Collery Blanc de Blancs is a refined expression of 100% Chardonnay that benefits from extended lees ageing, allowing it to achieve an exceptional balance of freshness, complexity, and elegant maturity. With 30% of the blend matured in large oak casks, including a Chardonnay base aged in Sauternes barrels, this Grand Cru release offers both finesse and depth.
Bottled with a 7g/L dosage, it delivers a harmonious interplay of zesty citrus, creamy texture, and delicate pastry notes, making it equally suited as an aperitif or alongside refined cuisine.

White flowers, candied kumquat, and mango, with buttery biscuit and toasted almond.
