Fantastic Premiere Cuvée Champagne from Bruno Paillard. Extra brut means it's got a low dosage of sugar (up to 6g/L), making for a particularly clean and traditional Champagne. This one blends first pressings of pinot noir, chardonnay, and pinot meunier grapes from over 30 villages, along with reserve wines made up of 25 vintages. It's then aged for three years on the lees, for plenty of classic brioche notes. If you're looking for something special to have with seafood, look no further.
