I’m not looking to convert anyone, change their mind or win an argument – I’m just nailing my colours to the mast so everyone can see exactly what I stand for and where I’m taking this company.

What can I expect from the recruitment process?
We’re proud to move quickly and do what’s best for business, so for all of our vacancies we do incorporate some online candidate testing within the process.
We also aim to see how our values align with you during the process, which means most roles have two or three face-to-face stages, be that virtual or in person. This is as much for you to meet some of the key stakeholders in your potential new role, and ensure that we are the right place for you.
You're under no obligation to rock up to meet us suited and booted (unless of course you want to). You can come in fancy dress for all we care.
