Aperol Spritz is Only the Start...
There's a particular kind of afternoon the Italians built a ritual around. When it's warm enough to sit outside and slow enough that nobody's checking the time.
Spritz Weather. Want to learn how to celebrate it? The Campari Group has it covered five ways over.
The whole thing runs on a gloriously simple idea: something bittersweet meets a good glug of prosecco, a splash of soda, and ice, plenty of ice. Learn it. Master it. Marvel at how easy it is.
The Spritz.
From the glowing bittersweet Aperol Spritz that launched a thousand terrace photos, a bolder, deeper-red Campari for those who like a proper bite before dinner, the blush-pink Sarti Rosa with its passion fruit, mango and blood orange, a lighter, floral Mondoro Hugo high on elderflower and mint, and the creative Crodino, which skips the alcohol but none of the flavour.
One formula, five colours.
The classic for a reason
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Some people think Da Vinci said that. Others argue there's no proof he did. Nobody would care either way if they have a nice Aperol Spritz in their hand and an afternoon of sunshine to enjoy it in, would they?
Aperol Spritz
The one that started the obsession.
This is the serve that turned "aperitivo" into a personality trait. Aperol brings the bittersweet orange, prosecco brings the fizz, a splash of soda keeps it light, and an orange slice does the rest.
Bright, gently bitter and endlessly drinkable, this is the icon, and the reason your garden feels a little like the Amalfi Coast... In a certain light. Get the ratio right and you're set, just try not to look too pleased with yourself.

Campari Spritz
The alternative.
Campari trades Aperol's soft sweetness for a deeper, redder, very grown-up bitterness. The kind that wakes the palate up before dinner.
Prosecco and soda lengthen it out, an orange slice rounds the edges. Bold, refreshing and more Italian than dogmatic opinions on fine cuisine. For drinkers who like their Spritz with a bit of backbone.

Crodino Spritz 0.0%
All of the ritual, none of the ABV.
Proof that going alcohol-free doesn't mean going without. Crodino is rich, herbal and genuinely complex golden-amber aperitivo made for the moment the sun's out but the afternoon still has plans.
No prosecco needed: just fill the glass with ice, pour, and finish with a slice of fresh orange. Bittersweet, sophisticated and refreshingly sober. The designated driver has never had it so good.

Sarti Spritz
The pretty one - and it knows it.
A blush-pink spritz that leads with fruit rather than bitterness. Sarti Rosa layers passion fruit, mango and blood orange into something soft, tropical and dangerously easy to drink.
Prosecco lifts it, soda lengthens it, a wedge of lime keeps it honest. Fruity, floral and made for golden hour, this is the Spritz for people who say they don't like Spritzes.
(Switch for a slice of Lemon for a more bitter taste).

Mondoro Hugo Spritz
The Hugo, done properly.
Lighter and more fragrant than its bitter cousins, the Hugo Spritz swaps orange for elderflower and lets the florals do the talking.
Mondoro's straw-gold elderflower meets prosecco and soda for something crisp and delicate, with fresh mint added last for that garden-in-a-glass finish. It's a gentle introduction to Spritz seasonand quietly the one everyone comes back for.
