Nose: Floral with Opal Fruit (I mean Starburst of course) sweets with intense notes of Campari followed by toffee, butter fudge and shortbread, beneath this there is green apple and gooseberry providing a very satisfying aroma.
Palate: A soft rounded body with further notes of toffee and bars of milk chocolate. Then comes a wave of malt, sweet grist and angelica root.
Finish: Soft butter fudge leading to lychees and green grapes. The finishes concludes with subtle spice and an aromatic herbaceousness.
Overall: For a drink that shouldn't really work, this really does. In Brown Drink tradition it is insane and delicious in equal parts.
