Torres 15 Reserva Privada is a rather delicious Spanish brandy from the well-known producer, aged in a solera system. With bright citrus and vanilla elements standing out amongst the dried fruit notes, this is a remarkably refreshing expression.
Lemon peels and caramel, juicy sultanas, oily walnuts and a hint of sugared almond. Subtle rum-like spices.
Nice winey brandy with a bit too much sugar.
Torres 15 is a fantastic Spanish brandy and is noticeably better than the Torres 10. This one is 40% alco versus 38% too so it has a nice extra kick to it. The only downside in Torres is their addition of coloring and sugar which is really unnecessary.
