Torres 10 is a solera aged Spanish brandy, made by a company that certainly knows a thing or two about producing excellent grape-based beverages, as Torres have a history with top-quality brandies and wine. This was aged using a solera and features a rich, intense bouquet. As an aside, 10 is also very close to Fernando Torres' shirt number, which is 9. A happy coincidence, we're sure.
ICE Pepsi Max lovely drink
I think you have to consider a rating in relation to price. At £20 or so it’s excellent value for money and in my view it has a better taste than French brandy / cognac - more flavour and less harsh. Ok so the 20 year old is better but is twice the price.
Normally drink VSOP brandy but got this as a gift. It’s brandy, right, so should be good. It has a high note aroma that reminds me of something medicinal. I like my brandy with a touch of coke… I couldn’t finish it. It’s got a bitter /sharp taste to it and reminds of something from years ago, just can’t remember! It’s a shame as I was full of hope. I guess in my head it would be comparable to a wine connoisseur drinking a bottle of vinegar. However, my neighbour had some neat, gave them a great glow in the cheeks. He’s not normally a brandy drinker so there you are.
Starts nice. rather bland with heavy chemical aftertaste. Would not buy again.
Torres 10 is a great brandy for the money. I prefer it to most Cognacs, for it’s rich in flavor, bouquet, and finish. Rich, rather than thin and pretentious. It’s the Arnold Schwarzenegger of brandies.
