A half bottle of Carlos III Solera Reserva Spanish brandy, matured in a solera system for an average of 6 years. Among the selection of casks in the solera, there are some Oloroso Sherry casks in there, imparting some classic sticky sweetness.
Brown sugar, caramelised nuts, a big kick of cinnamon and blackcurrant.

After drinking three barrels brandy the Carlos 111 is miles better but not as nice as Asbach brandy but there is only between £3 and £5 pounds in it. Never the less 1st choice would be asbach Uralt brandy 2nd choice Carlos 111 3rd choice three barrels.
