Jean Goyard Vieux Marc de Champagne Club 1911 is a fine pomace brandy from the excellent family owned Goyard distillery, which was founded in 1911.
The brand obtained the eau de vie used in this edition by distilling grape marc exclusively from the Champagne region. After distillation, the spirit is aged in oak casks before it was bottled at 40% ABV.
Earthy floral notes and kicks of black pepper blend with vanilla nougat and honey.
