Copper Republic's Zula VSOP Cape Brandy is made with grapes sourced from the Western Cape, which are pot-distilled and allowed to age in 200-litre French oak and American oak casks before being bottled up at 40% ABV. Marvellous stuff all the way from South Africa.
Raisin, sultana, stem ginger, slightly nutty with hints of almond and macadamia nut, lingering fresh peach sweetness.
