A VSOP French brandy from none other than St Rémy, taken from a traditional recipe. The St Rémy folks travelled all over France sourcing the grapes for this expression, with a combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Gamay, Ugni Blanc, Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, all in one bottle! It's matured in French oak before bottling, and makes a fabulous addition to a whole host of classic cocktails.
Fruity notes of pear, apricot and fig, with a handful of dates, floral oak and a scattering of vanilla pod appearing on the finish.
I'm in the U.S. I just tried this at the recommendation of WB liquor store here next to our Costco store. This is wonderful mild in comparison to courvoisier VSOP or Remy Martin VSOP and it is very inexpensive here in the United States and definitely worth the price and taste. As I said it is milder than the other cognac or brandy I have had before. My favorite is courvoisier Cognac the fragrance the taste etc but this is a mild inexpensive very good Brandy!
Thought I'd try this as a change from my malt whisky/whiskey selections. Extremely satisfied with drink and price. Very smooth easy drink and will definitely buy again.
Just bought this for the first time and am amazed at how good it is for the price. Will definitely be back to order some more.
Love it the only one I drink when I can get it
Very nice brandy and it's not expansive!
