The Rested Cocktail Co. has bottled up a Long Island Iced Tea for us! A quartet of spirits go into this one, with vodka, white rum, gin, and an orange liqueur (along with some lemon extract) all adding to the flavour profile. It's presented at 27.5% ABV, so it's suitable either over ice or topped up with cola for a more traditional serve!
Citrus and juniper, with candied orange, a smidge of tropical fruit, and white pepper.
