Mac & Wild
The Auld Pal is a whisky-based cocktail that you'll usually find being served in the Mac & Wild restaurant (which has a very impressive selection of whiskies, we'll have you know), but now you can enjoy it at home! This is made with Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old along with vermouth, Suze Gentian, Dandelion & Burdock bitters, chamomile and gorse flowers.
Drying and flavoursome, with bittersweet notes lingering throughout. Great as an aperitif.
