Another superb vintage cocktail from The Handmade Cocktail Company's Experimental Series. This classic Manhattan made with a rye-rich bourbon, a blend of three fine vermouths and quality handmade bitters was aged for 3 months in a cask. The result is a spicy and beautifully rounded drink, full of complexity.
The concept of the ‘Vintage Cocktail’ range is simple – you get all the ingredients for a superb cocktail pre-mixed, all you have to do is pour it over ice, stir, then strain off into your glass and garnish (in this instance with a Maraschino cherry). Each bottle carries a stamp showing its year of manufacture.
