A particularly rich and luxurious twist on a classic cocktail here from the 1826 range - this Espresso Martini is made with Courvoisier VS Cognac as its base! This has helped to bump up the fruity, subtly spicy notes of the cocktail, while keeping the vital core of coffee front and centre. Simply shake and serve in a Martini glass, with a few coffee beans if you have them to hand.
Chocolatey coffee with roasty notes underneath, subtle dark fruit sweetness and a hint of chicory too.

this pre-batched cocktail uses Cognac instead of Vodka and I must say that it works wonderfully!
