Spicy Cardamom Bitters from the Scrappy's range (founded in Seattle by Miles Thomas), which has been handsomely well-balanced with a deft squeeze of citrus added into the mix. Ought to be good for use in rum-based cocktails, and maybe even to accentuate the cardamom-herbaceousness of some gins, too...
Herbal cardamom at first, soon becomes pleasingly spicy. Lemon and lime sweetness kicks in before it gets out of hand. Forest floor notes develop later on.
