This is the second batch of our delicious cask-aged Whisky Bitters. These were aged in a fresh Kentucky oak cask, and the results are spicy and full-bodied cocktail bitters which work well in all manner of concoctions, especially those based on whisky (or whiskey!).
The ingredients for these bitters include herbs, spices and fruits, such as vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and two kinds of orange peel.
To our knowledge these are the highest proof, most costly to make and most expensive bitters that money can buy, and they don't half taste good in a Manhattan!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose Very spicy, peppery nose with hints of orange zest and allspice. A touch of clove oil and cardamom. Creamy sweetness from the vanilla.
Palate Dried fruit, herbs, cloves, liquorice and aniseed. Pipe tobacco, cardamom, a touch of cinnamon.
Finish Christmas spices. Peppery and slightly fruity on the tail.
