Kamm & Sons Islay Cask 70cl

We already loved Kamm & Sons British Aperitif, made with 45 botanicals such as grapefruit peel, ginseng, juniper, fennel seeds, hibiscus and goji berries. This limited edition has us very excited, though - and it's now on to its second batch! The ABV is a full 10% higher than the original and it's also been rested for 3 months in a barrel previous used to mature peated single malt Scotch whisky from Islay. The result is an earthier, woodier spirit, bringing out those notes from the wonderful assortment of botanicals, as well as a delicious peaty edge. 1,500 bottles were produced for batch 2.
