This aromatic bitter is based on an original 1862 recipe from Professor Jerry Thomas, a famed bartender from the 19th century. These artisan bitters are made for more cocktails that would benefit from herbal, woodsy, or medicinal touches. Created by Lee Egbert, in St. Paul, Minnesota, Dashfire Jerry Thomas Decanter Bitters was handcrafted in small batches, and bottled at 38% ABV.
Complex and pinching sweet notes, including dried fruits, anise and rosemary, with a citrus edge.
