The folks from Carpano have created their very own bitter aperitif, perfect for using in cocktails (like, y'know, the Negroni, perhaps...). It's made with a combination of 10 botanicals, including bitter orange peel, fresh green orange peel, gentian, cinchona, saffron, wormwood, zedoria, sandal, rhubarb and myrrh. It packs quite a bitter punch, with plenty of herbaceous elements and bright citrus, along with a fragrant, floral edge.
Orange oil, anise, vanilla blossom, wormwood and mint.
