Made in New York by the Bittermens company, Elemakule Tiki Bitters are produced in very small batches. These are flavoured with cinnamon and allspice as well as spices from Polynesia and the Caribbean.
Dry hints of soft spice and a little cassia bark.
Woody, spiced palate. Hints of cinnamon, manuka honey and cedar.
Herbal, spiced finish.
We have a recipe for a My Tai cocktail which includes Elemakule Tiki Bitters. Just a couple of drops gives the Mai Ta a different; unique and exciting flavour that we have not experienced before.
A good whisky, cointreau, maple syrup and these bitters = the cocktail perfected over the lockdown.
