An elegant baijiu from Baijiu Society, called The Spirit of Society. Generally made from a fermented (and then distilled) blend of grains, baijiu originally hails from China, it can be produced anywhere, and this particular one is made in the UK. It's also infused with a blend of spices, such as star anise, clove, cinnamon, and orange essential oils. It's a light, fragrant spirit, so enjoy it neat or topped up with tonic water and an orange slice.
An array of warming clove, hints of liquorice, and anise are supported by intense aromatic pear, citrus oils, crushed nuts, and intriguing notes of fermented fruit.
