We love a L'Encantada bottling. Single cask, cask strength, small-batch Armagnac bottled without any additional colour or filtering as well as a price tag that doesn't make your eyes bulge like a Looney Tunes cartoon is always going to appeal to us, and this particular 2004 vintage comes from Domaine Pouy.
