Nose
Sweet, spicy nose. Warm pastries, vanilla, berries.
Palate
Thick and creamy palate. All sorts of flowers, from violets and roses to apple blossom. Then sultanas, figs, tangy oak, spices and custard.
Finish
Spicy and long finish, not unlike mulled wine.
