Take the Y2K series. Ardbeg lovers know the year 2000 was a turning point for the Islay distillery. So, the distillery has been releasing whisky distilled this year recently, culminating in the latest release: Ardbeg Y2K 24 Year Old.
We’re offering you the chance to win a bottle of this whisky, worth £680. Our competition even has two runners-up; the first will get a bottle of the new Ardbeg Traigh Bhan Batch 7, and the third place gets a hamper.

Ardbeg 24 Year Old Vintage Y2K
For the 2025 edition, director of whisky creation, Dr Bill Lumsden, has finished a batch of spirit distilled in the year 2000 in his favourite sherry cask style: amontillado. Matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks initially, this release marks the first time Ardbeg has used amontillado casks.

Ardbeg Traigh Bhan Batch 7
Marking the end of an era, Batch 7 is the last ever bottling of the 19 Year Old Traigh Bhan series. Oloroso sherry cask influence makes this Ardbeg deeper, more complex, but still with that trademark medicinal smoke. It was bottled at 50.3% ABV, the highest strength of any batch to date, and without chill-filtration.
