Cask aged akevitt from Norway's Oslo Håndverksdestilleri (producers of the brilliant Marka Nordic Bitter). A traditional spirit of Norwegian heritage, distilled using a selection of 13 botanicals, including angelica root, caraway, chamomile, calamus root, dandelion, meadowsweet, hyssop, heather, sorrel, St. John's wort, wormwood, horehound and yarrow. After distillation, this akevitt is allowed to mature in American oak casks for 12 months before bottling. Enjoy neat or in a richly herbaceous cocktail...
