Born from a desire to bring the Scandinavian spirit of Aquavit to the world, Nuet Dry Aquavit features traditional elements (like a potato-based spirit, and plenty of caraway) alongside some more non-traditional ingredients, like grapefruit peel, blackcurrant and blackcurrant leaves. A wonderful blend of the familiar and unfamiliar, it works well as the base for all sorts of cocktails, and even simply served with tonic water.

Absolutely delicious. Yes you can use it like gin but its great straight from the freezer for a herby, caraway'y, digestif. You won't be disappointed.

I get why they call it a premium gin substitute. It really fits every drink I usually make with gin. Absolutely worth trying!
