From Denmark's Copenhagen Distillery comes this awesome Aquavit! In addition to the traditional use of dill seeds, this expression includes green anise and lemon peel, giving it a crisp, citrus lift and a unique spiced character. Great for sipping, but this should also work very well in place of gin in Martinis and the like.
Zest welcomes the way, with good notes of zingy, fresh lemon peels, a touch of liquorice and savoury, herbal notes balance more fragrant notes of fennel, with pepper spice warming up on the finish.
