Rich sparkling wine

Powerful and gutsy, these Champagnes and sparklers are no shrinking violets. More than happy standing up to rich and powerful dishes - try pairing with hard cheese (even Parmesan works amazingly well) to bring out some of the more mushroomy broichey notes that come from extended ageing.
