The stunning 1989 vintage Yoichi, this overwhelmingly put together, aged in bourbon, new oak and an Oloroso sherry butt. The results are very full bodied and utterly characteristic of a Japanese distillery with incredible pedigree. This is a cask strength release of 240 bottles, distilled from both lightly and heavily peated barley.
