Whisky 4 Movember 5 Bottling Note
The Pencil: Sometimes controversial with wearers of the ‘fuller’ moustache varieties, but undoubtedly suave, sleek and as svelte as an Eel’s tail. Last spotted on the top lip of American filmmaker, John Waters and the iconic British motor racing legend, Graham Hill.
The nose offers strong honeyed aromas, beautiful traces of grassy heather and wonderfully thick malt with shades of coastal air. The palate is like a mouthful of warm, heather honey. Buttery toffee and juicy barley coerce one another into a warming finale of spicy butterscotch, with honey and butter melting into a slice of granary toast.
