A 16 year old from Tormore, distilled on the 27th April 1995 and aged in a pair of hogsheads before bottling on the 8th March 2012. A release of 841 numbered bottles from Signatory.
A fruit-led nose with notes of stewed fruit, apple strudel and vanilla fudge. A touch of freshly mown grass and butterscotch.
Tangy fruits, potpourri and soft cedar, a touch of Scotch tablet and digestive biscuits.
Medium-to-long, rhubarb and custard sweets on the tail.
