A spicy, gentle 15 year old single malt from the Tormore distillery in Speyside.

The nose is quite light and spirity. There are notes of barley sugars and cereal notes with a generous helping of caramel. Spices and black pepper emerge. The palate is of medium-body and very spirited. There are notes of oak with winter spice in spades, there is a heat of passionate proportions with black pepper, notes of dried fruit and caramel lurk. The finish is long and dry with more pepper.
