A vatting of two hogsheads of Tormore, distilled on the 27th April 1995 and bottled in 2011 by Signatory. A release of 824 bottles.
Fruity, particularly redolent of apples and pears (cor lummy). Some cut hay, vanilla and toffee, creamy too.Palate Oaky and youthful - lots of porridge oats, golden syrup, barley and such things. Very gristy!
Medium length with notes of yoghurt, vanilla and oak.
