A fine single cask 21 year old from Tomatin, distilled in 1991 and aged in cask number 51 before bottling 2012. A wonderful cask strength single malt from Berry Brothers and Rudd.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A barley-led, malty nose with rich, tangy fruits and gooseberries. Hints of apple peel and oak.

Palate: A little guava, hints of watermelon and orange marmalade with acacia honey and malt.

Finish: Spiced, warming, easy-going finish.
