What's in a name? Thomas H Handy Straight Rye whiskey is called whiskey because it's produced in America. Were it from Scotland it would be spelled Thomas H Handy Straight Rye whisky, rather than whiskey.
Nose: Herbal, very juicy. Plums, berries, dried peels, fruit salad.
Palate: Massive fruit, full all of tropical fruit salad, toffee. So creamy.
Finish: Almost rummy, very spicy, sultana, honey.
