Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Juicy and deeply fruity. Notes of dried sour cherries, hints of peach, Chamomile, oak, nutmeg and cinnamon. Golden Syrup, spicy, ginger and hints of chipotle.

Palate: Cinnamon and apple crumble with hot custard. Oak, potpourri, Seville orange marmalade and nutmeg.

Finish: Spicy with black pepper and vanilla.
